Production Engineer (d/m/f) in Serbien
Your responsibilities will be:
- You will analyze and optimize processes to enhance efficiency
- It will be your responsibility to ensure the achievement of the area key figures
- You will collaborate with colleagues in regional production units to implement efficiency improvements, which may include designing layouts, streamlining workflows, and increasing productivity
- You will work on sustainably anchoring production management in the organization by collaborating closely with the production team on site
- Direct report to board managmenet
Your skills:
- You should be prepared for occasional travel as part of your role
- Demonstrating a proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving is essential
- Effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders is crucial for success in this role
- Ability to analyze processes and think critically about ways to improve efficiency
- Confidence in decision-making and assertiveness in achieving goals
- You should have a preference for working closely with production processes
- Proficiency in German and/or English is required for effective communication with the stakeholders
