- Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in campaign management, event planning, and/or offline marketing
- Strong project management skills with an eye for detail and organization
- Creative mindset and a hands-on approach to executing marketing activities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with different stakeholders
- Dutch (native speaker level) is a must, English (business fluent), German would be an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office; experience with marketing tools and analytics is an advantage
