Responsible for the appearance of the HAIX webshop, the company website and Google / Meta ad campaigns in collaboration with the German Digital Marketing team
Ensure that webshop content is up-to-date and optimize in order to improve UX
Identify growth potentials based on data and current market trends
Create landing pages to reach the needs of the target group
Plan and execute sales promotion campaigns
A permanent monitoring and optimizing of the conversion rate with targeted measures
Use data and analytics tools to monitor relevant KPIs and translate findings into actionable insights
Collaborate with our international e-Commerce Team
Co-operate in developing the growth of the HAIX Netherland organization and the team
Your backpack is filled with:
Completed relevant degree with min. 2 years of experience working in e-Commerce and/or Online Marketing
Strong interest in digital products and current digital business trends
Experience in AB-Testing and creation of websites/landingpages
Strong analytical skills - especially e-Commerce KPIs
Profund understanding of CMS and e-Commerce Systems, basic experience in the area of Email-Marketing, Google Ads, etc.
Knowledge in Webdesign (HTML, CSS, Photoshopping), basic knowledge in web analysis (z.B. Google Analytics oder Matomo)
Flexible and ambitious, with hands-on mentality and entrepreneurial spirit
Dutch (native speaker level) is a must, English (business fluent), German would be an advantage
